In its many wine regions, the country south of the Alps has a fascinating variety of climates, soils and grape varieties to offer. The wines produced by Italian winegrowers are correspondingly diverse. The focus was placed on northern and central Italy, with 4 white and 4 red wines being harmoniously combined with cheese - also from Italy, of course. Let yourself be seduced by culinary delights and join Dieter Holzner and Malte Looman (Mäusefalle in the Markthalle Reutlingen) on their journey through the wine country of Italy.
