Weinseminar: Die Welt des Sektes

On this trip, I will take you into the world of sparkling wine. From sparkling wine, prosecco, cava, sparkling wine, cremant to champagne. It will take us to Italy, Spain, Germany and of course France, where the first sparkling wine was born. We will talk about the history of sparkling wine and its origins. You will also learn about the different production methods: from the industrial Charmat method to the elaborate traditional bottle fermentation. Through our tasting, you will then explore and experience for yourself the diverse flavors of these sparkling wines. And don't forget, I will also give you advice on the right glass, drinking temperature, shelf life and purchasing.

The cost of the tasting will be between 15-25 euros, depending on the number of participants.
