Then you've come to the right place! We cordially invite you to take part in our 5-week "Welcome to Yoga" course series at Studio Pempelfort. This course is specially designed for beginners and offers you the perfect opportunity to learn the basics of yoga in a relaxed atmosphere and increase your well-being - both on the yoga mat and in everyday life.
The series brings together people who have had little or no previous contact with yoga. Together we discover the world of this diverse practice and take the first step towards more balance and inner peace.
We will accompany you on a journey where you will get to know the meaning of "yoga", discover different styles and try out the first yoga exercises that everyone can do. You will learn about the basics such as Asana, Om, Namasté, Pranayama and Savasana, which will help you to find your way around each subsequent yoga class.
Each session ends with Savasana - a deep relaxation that is a must in every yoga class and gives you a feeling of complete well-being.
Are you ready to find out if yoga is for you? Then don't hesitate - try it out and do something good for yourself! We look forward to welcoming you to the mat - just as you are. You don't need any previous experience. Mats and equipment are available free of charge in the studio during the course.
