White Lies fans have been eagerly awaiting new material from the British trio and are now in for a double treat: with the release of their brand new track "Nothing On Me", White Lies have announced tour dates in the UK and Europe for the beginning of next year. This is their first new music since the release of their 2022 album "As I Try Not To Fall Apart". The wait is over for fans here in Germany, as the Londoners are coming to Germany for four dates as part of their tour. Ever since their successful debut "To Lose My Life" in 2009, with which they received a gold record in Denmark, the alternative band has had a loyal and growing worldwide fan base, which is organized in the White Lies fan club. Following the release of their much-loved and acclaimed debut, White Lies have become one of the UK's biggest guitar bands. Over the last ten years the band has gone beyond that, selling out tours in Europe and Mexico. Their new track 'Nothing On Me' was recorded at The Church Studios in North London, produced by Riley MacIntyre (Ezra Collective, Arlo Parks) and mixed by Chris Coady (Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Blondshell, Beach House). The band introduces the quintessence of the song: "This track welcomes you to the collaborative presence of White Lies. It's a bit reckless, clumsy, full of competing ideas. There's no regard for outside influences, pressures or expectations. We ride without brakes or seatbelts. Lyrically and conceptually, it's a rebirth and an introduction." As such, "Nothing On Me" is a taste of what's to come from the London three-piece. The influence of prog and krautrock is reflected on the new album. White Lies remain true to their sound and at the same time take it to a new level. Sometimes somewhat disturbing and challenging, the band explores boundaries with more artistic freedom and delivers exciting listening experiences. Connected to the sound of 1980s synthpop, White Lies tell no lies. Their concerts are thrilling experiences where they give their all.
