Many older people want to be able to live safely in their familiar surroundings for as long as possible. Informing themselves in advance and making preparations can increase their room for maneuver and reduce additional stress for everyone involved if the worst comes to the worst. In this presentation by the municipal complaints office for problems in elderly care at H-TEAM e.V., you will receive suggestions ranging from personal precautions and the safe design of the home environment to maintaining physical mobility.
