These are the highlights of the course:

On this hike, we don't just want to walk through the forest, we go on a discovery tour 🌳🔍. Together we will experience what goes on "behind the scenes" of the shy animal world when we humans don't scare them off 🦊🐰.

• Which animals live here and what traces do they leave behind? 🐾🦌
• What special plants and trees do we encounter here? 🌿🌸
• What resources are available to us in the forest to survive in nature ("survival knowledge")? 🏕️💡
• Meditation & perception exercises to sharpen our senses, which are very often focused on screens in everyday life 🙏📱.

Course of the event:

Meet at the terminus of line 9 and start our 5-kilometer hike together through the Königsforst.

We walk partly on narrow paths and discover the forest from a new perspective; from the perspective of the animals & plants that live here.

There will always be guided exercises where we experience the forest with all our senses: Smelling, hearing, feeling, tasting (probably too early for wild herbs though).

The whole tour will take between 2.5 and 3 hours.
