Workshop with Daniel Kesic

Join us on the trail through a species-rich flora in a varied hiking area. We walk around the Pfalzbauernberg on idyllic trails and enjoy the picturesque view of beautiful rock formations and the Laabertal valley. In addition to many wild herbs and their use in traditional folk medicine, you will also learn many useful facts about trees and shrubs. At the end of the tour, there is a traditional smoking session with our local herb "Una".

The hike is led by Daniel Kesic. He is a nature and tour guide in the Altmühltal and a lecturer at the VHS continuing education academy in Kelheim in the field of local history and natural history.

The workshop takes place in all weathers, except in the event of a storm warning or heavy rain. A good basic level of fitness and sturdy footwear are required. Please don't forget to pack a small snack for in between and enough to drink.
