Back to the roots - in the truest sense of the word. Silence, clear air, movement in nature and an eye for what is hidden bring body and soul into harmony. And some of the things that lie beneath the blanket of snow have a lot to offer - aromatic, healing, invigorating.

Sustainable, regional and seasonal are not just empty phrases here, but the program. The tours through nature, based on the four seasons, which are nowhere as changeable as in our latitude, also have their surprises in store in winter.
