In these times, when global catastrophes are increasingly threatening the existence of mankind, is it still possible to go to the cabaret and laugh without being caught up in the problems? This is the balancing act between fun and harsh reality that we want to tackle in our latest program directed by Fernando Blumenthal. Cornelia Kluge, Andreas Pflug and Dominique Wand attempt to take a satirical stance on a number of hot topics, without taking the moral high ground. Climate change and the energy crisis, the Bundeswehr's state of defense, education and upbringing, pensioners as organ donors and an absurd panel discussion provide plenty of material for laughter and reflection. Many of the scenes and songs were written by the actors themselves and are accompanied musically by the "Arche-Nationalphilarmonie" with Björn Sauer/Tim Ahlfeld on piano and Burkhard Wieditz/Robert Kennedy on drums. Now we just need you to hold the fort together!
