Wir sind die Brandmauer - Kundgebung in Stuttgart

In the organizer's words:

BUND Baden-Württemberg is very concerned about the current shift to the right in our society.

We are therefore calling for a rally on Stuttgart's Schlossplatz next Saturday, February 1, at 5 pm.

Germany is at a crossroads! The AfD is threatening to become the second strongest force in the Bundestag. At the same time, the parliamentary firewall in the Bundestag is crumbling. But we say: NOT WITH US! We are the firewall against hate and agitation!

Together, we are taking a stand for democracy, cohesion and the protection of our livelihoods.

Our demands are clear:

• No cooperation with right-wing extremists! All democratic parties must rule out any cooperation with the AfD and must not adopt their anti-democratic demands and narratives.
• Preserve the principles of a humane and solidary society! Measures must be taken to strengthen the social cohesion of our society. The human right to asylum must also not be further undermined.
• Strengthen defensive democracy! Anti-constitutional structures must be banned and democracy initiatives must be comprehensively promoted throughout the country.
• Stop disinformation! The major social media platforms must no longer be allowed to spread hate and lies.
• Protect our livelihoods! We demand massive, socially just investment in the ecological transformation of our country in order to preserve our livelihoods.

Join us and bring your families, friends, neighbors and colleagues. Together we are the firewall against the shift to the right! We call on you to stop watching the right-wing normalization in Germany and Europe.
