WIRsindBUNT Multiplikator:innen-Workshop: „WERTE im BL!CK: Demokratie beginnt im Klassenzimmer"

In the organizer's words:

The "WERTEimBL!CK" workshop (see below) is trained on site with the aim of being able to implement it independently in the future.

The process of the respective workshop is practiced with at least 12 participants and appropriate tips, alternatives or links to other topics are given from the meta-level, so that the participants learn from the different perspectives as participants and future speakers how the different modules of the workshop interlock, how a discussion of the content is moderated in the group and how group work is guided and carried out. They will also learn how to continue working on the content with the group afterwards.

Participants will be provided with a script of the process. A PPT presentation (for personal use only) will also be provided after the workshop.

To the workshop "WERTEimBL!CK" (target group: from grade 7):

What are our democratic values? Why should we stand up for them? Why do fundamental and human rights exist? - Do we need them and what are they based on?

What each of us can and must do to ensure that our democratic society continues to exist is the topic of this workshop. Participants will examine their own and personal values and try to understand other perspectives and points of view. This makes it clear that plurality is not only possible, but also the basis for a diverse, open and democratic society.

Aims of the workshop:

• Recognize what is required for peaceful coexistence and solidarity.
• Developing an understanding for other views, opinions and positions, even if they are not shared.

Examining one's own values and clarifying them (for oneself).
