Wohnwoche

In the organizer's words:

The "Wohnwoche" is an offer of the Protestant Youth Bochum-Harpen.

From June 22 - June 27, 2025, young people aged 12-17 will move into the parish hall on Kattenstraße (Bochum-Harpen).

During the week, the young people leave the community center directly for school and their afternoon commitments and hobbies (clubs, medical appointments, etc.). Time for homework is planned by the team.

A visit home should be avoided if possible.

The youth team of the community cooks one warm meal a day, breakfast and a lunch snack are also provided.

The accommodation is separated by gender. Shower facilities are available. A trip to the bowling center in the city is planned for early Wednesday evening.

During the residential week, we adhere to youth protection regulations. This means that, in addition to a strict ban on alcohol and smoking, attendance in the community center in the evening will be age-graded.

Participants will receive further information on this at the beginning of the residential week.

From 10 p.m. onwards, a night's rest is in force out of consideration for the neighbors.

Participants will receive a packing list and further information with their registration confirmation.

Costs:
The contribution towards expenses is € 60.00 per participant
