Join us and immerse yourself in the magic of a women's circle - with rituals, a cacao ceremony, mindful movement, sacred touch and journaling and lots of feeling.
On December 20, Annika will take you to a place of relaxation and peace for your body, mind and soul with her Women Circle "Listen to your Yin" at Studio numi. The winter solstice, the Yule festival, is the longest and darkest night of the year and also the shortest day. We have been celebrating the victory of life and light over darkness with the winter solstice for thousands of years. The festivals of the annual cycle are particularly powerful and magical opportunities to celebrate rituals, turn our gaze inwards and connect with the world of the soul, dreams and desires.
At the turn of the year, the gates to the other worlds and our unconscious are wide open - even more so during the Rough Nights that soon follow. Rituals are ancient ceremonies that are deeply connected to nature, the course of the seasons and trust in the flow of life. They nourish and strengthen us on various levels. Especially in today's world, where the focus is strongly on material things, efficiency and the fulfillment of duties, rituals can show you the way back to your heart and create meaning.
Another note from Annika: I use ritual raw cocoa for the cacao ceremony, which is unfortunately not suitable for pregnant women. If you are pregnant and absolutely want to take part, please let us know when you register. We will then have an alternative ready. I also use vegan milk (coconut) and various spices for the preparation.
What you can expect from Annika's women's circles: a relaxed, magical atmosphere, mindful movement, breathwork, rituals, cacao ceremony, sacred touch, journaling & community
