3-part workshop "Mindful Christmas" for children aged 5-8 with parents at the Körper und Geist-Werkdtatt in Hürth near Cologne.

Look forward to a mindful journey into the legendary world of Christmas traditions, in which we will discover together some well-known but also some unknown customs of our ancestors, e.g. from the Rauhnächte tradition.

We will experience the impressions of our journey with all our senses: we will see, hear, smell, taste and feel them. Look forward to Christmas fantasy journeys and meditations, creative work that promotes mindfulness, small incense rituals and much more.
