Workshop: Interaktive Stop-Motion Erfahrung

Interactive stop-motion experience with pen and paper
with Marcus Grysczok, filmmaker and stop-motion animator

In this workshop, participants will explore the connection between drawing and animation. Using simple tools - pen, paper and camera - images are brought to life. Under the guidance of Marcus Grysczok, an experienced stop-motion filmmaker, short animation sequences are created that dissolve the boundaries between static drawing and moving image. The workshop is aimed at anyone who wants to develop their creativity in a playful way - no previous knowledge is required.
Marcus Grysczok is a freelance filmmaker and animation director from Erfurt who specializes in stop-motion animation. He is currently completing a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Media Arts & Design at the Bauhaus University Weimar.
