Management is often identical to booking, but with more areas of responsibility.
Malicious tongues claim that the bassists and drummers usually take over the management of the bands. Check yourself!

The workshop is basically about the self-managed management of bands. This can be band members as well as friends or other people close to the band.

This is contrasted with the risks and opportunities when a band decides to join a management and booking agency.

- Handling, definition, billing GEMA, GVL, KSK etc.
- Band contracts
- Song exploitation on streaming, YouTube
- Billing models for live shows (fixed fee, percentage deal, showcase)
- Marketing measures, marketing channels
