Workshop: Ukulele

Have you always wanted to play an instrument but didn't know which one? You already have a ukulele & want to learn to play it? You have children around you & would like to accompany yourself vocally on an easy instrument? You have had music lessons in the past that intimidated or even traumatized you & you would like to rediscover your own musicality with joy? I will be happy to help you discover a new string to your bow.

- You can expect a cozy ukulele morning that will qualify you as a ukulele superhero to delight and relax listeners.

Together we will learn the first ukulele fingerings, songs and first insights into the possibilities of ukulele playing

Possible side effects: Distraction from everyday life, lots of laughter, sharpening the senses as well as coordination training, flexibility between the right and left hemispheres of the brain and possibly an incurable infection with the ukulele virus.

About the teacher: Katharina Heinrich is a professional musician and music teacher and studied music at Falmouth University and the Salzburg Orff Institute. In addition to 18 years of stage experience with various bands and soloists in Germany, England, USA, & Ireland, and countless workshops at the European Patent Office, Music Academy, and various art centers etc., she has many years of experience as a musician and workshop instructor.
