Workshop: Wassereis und Farbe

In the organizer's words:

We will spend a weekend working intensively with color, water and ice. You will create meltingly beautiful ice sculptures and create wondrous water paintings with flowers, pigments and wax. Together we will conduct exciting and painterly color experiments with water, ice and flowing paint, which will almost seem like magic and create impressive pictures.

Of course there will be water ice in between and we will visit the large exhibition Please Bring Rubber Boots at the Künstlerhaus, where artists have used the theme of water in their works. Here we can explore water in different forms and moments.

There is a possibility that we will have a small exhibition of your work at the Künstlerhaus Dortmund the following weekend.

Come along, join in and experiment with water, paint and ice.

For 10 to 14-year-olds
Participation is free of charge.
The course will be led by Janna Banning (visual artist) and Nico Jarmuth (visual artist).
