Workshop: Weidenflechten „Herz“

In the organizer's words:

Due to popular demand, we are offering another willow weaving workshop. This time we are weaving a heart as a decoration for indoors or outdoors.

We put the willow rods needed for the heart on a flower pot filled with sand and tie them together at the end of the rod. Each heart is given its own individual shape. Depending on your wishes, it can be one- or three-dimensional. You also decide whether you want your heart to stand or hang.

The basic shape is woven with thin willow rods in a "chaos weave". The willow material of different thicknesses will be provided during the course.
