Mare Advertencia Lirika - Feminist hip hop from Mexico

The feminist musician & activist from Mexico raps about equality, corruption and the rights of indigenous groups. She mixes mariachi and huapango with reggae and funk to create a "danceable revolution" and is releasing her new album in 2024.

Hamado Dipama has lived in Munich since 2002. He is not only the spokesperson for the Bavarian Refugee Council and a board member of B.O. Panafrikanismus München e.V.. He was also instrumental in the abolition of racist drink names in Bavarian restaurants and has helped to uncover how much racism there is in Munich's nightlife. Last year, he received the Lichtblicke Award as an individual. This honors his exemplary commitment as an activist who repeatedly holds up a mirror to the city's society.
