Wrestling for Performing Arts Workshop

The workshop combines wrestling warm-up, wrestling techniques with acting and performance elements. Everyone develops their own character and a short fight story, which we then act out together.

About Zelina Power:
Selina Nowak aka Zelina Power
is a wrestler, performer and fight choreographer based in Vienna.
She fights in wrestling, movies and on stage in Europe, England and Mexico
In her other life she is a stage and costume designer.
On 24.04. she will be on stage with other artists in drag wrestling at C/O Pop in Cologne.

Please bring along: Sportswear, indoor shoes, knee & elbow pads if necessary, towel, water. Questions or requests? Please let us know in advance!
