DNA. presents "WRITE YOUR WAY INTO CREATIVE FLOW" -

4 Week Coaching Program, hosted by creative teacher, writer and artist Lena Hohl (LEHO)

Lena is a multidisciplinary creative expressing herself through writing fiction, intuitive writing, rap music and articles. As a former scientist is deeply passionate about human creativity, studying the neuroscientific and spiritual aspects of it. Lena has a deep urge to share her experience, learnings and intuition with other humans to help them realize their creative potential. She is also trained in fictional storytelling for novels and screenplays.

This 4-week coaching course was created with the intention to help You access Your creative potential through writing. My offer to You is sharing my knowledge, experience and intuitive guidance, creating a space where You can unlock new parts of Your creative self.

> If You want to start writing, overcome creative blocks, or find more joy in the process, this program is for You. It’s a chance to explore Your creativity, build confidence, and take Your writing to the next level this April.

#### STRUCTURE:

During 4 group sessions, there will be parts of theory, writing practice and time for interaction and Your questions. In Your 1:1 bonus session, we can address Your specific needs on Your creative journey.

THEORY:

• We’ll talk common obstacles in our writing practice and discover ways to help overcome them.
• We’ll talk about the concept of creative insight and flow state from a scientific and intuitive perspective.

WRITING PRACTICE:

• We’ll examine the topics discussed with different writing exercises.
• We’ll learn and apply practical tools to foster a creative brain state.
• We’ll playfully reignite Your creative energy.

CONNECTION:

• Connect deeply with ourselves and each other.
• Share experiences and inspirations.
• Hold each other accountable

And most importantly, we’ll have fun with it.

• 45min Bonus Session 1:1 Coaching
• 4 group sessions for 2 hours
• Homework (voluntary)
