Yeye Weller Stay Sunny Vernissage

Yeye Weller, the artist duo from Münster, is designing the summer exhibition at the Affenfaust Galerie as an expansive, walk-in work of art. Their colorful, humorous works not only spread out on the walls - they transform the entire gallery space into a playful world of images. Graphic patterns, cheerful figures and bright surfaces create an environment that makes you feel as if you are walking in the middle of Yeye Weller's world of thought.

With their unmistakable style, Yeye Weller have been moving confidently between art, illustration and applied design for years. They work worldwide with brands such as Adidas, Coca-Cola and Netflix - creating works that, despite big names, always celebrate the small: the moment, the game, the form.

Their works combine clear lines with an aesthetic reminiscent of early cartoons, advertising graphics of past decades and the logic of pop culture. The visual language is direct, exaggerated and cheerful. "There is no deep message behind our work," say the two. "Our illustrations come as they are: cheerful, colorful and bright." Instead of big concepts, small, visual delights take the stage here - with wit, attitude and colors that you won't soon forget.

"Stay Sunny" shows around 50 new works - including handmade wooden reliefs and summery editions created exclusively for this exhibition. A photo wall invites visitors to become part of this universe. The artists will be present at the opening and during the weekend of the event.

On July 12, the gallery will celebrate a wine festival in the parking lot together with the St. Pauli wine store - with an open space, a good atmosphere and a specially designed rosé edition
