WHAT IS YIN YOGA?

Yin yoga is a calm, meditative yoga practice in which the asanas (= postures) are held "passively" for several minutes - usually while sitting or lying down. Katja guides you mindfully through the postures and creates a space in which you can let go completely: physically, mentally and emotionally.

Yin yoga is not about 'doing more', but rather less - and thus getting deeper into feeling and sensing.
