Partly strenuous aspects of yoga practice are combined with breathing techniques to build (mental) strength for the birth and beyond. The course also incorporates experiences from Ayurveda for holistic well-being.

Prenatal yoga supports your physical and emotional well-being as well as preparing you for the birth.

The closed course format has several advantages for you:

  • The content of the course builds on each other,
  • This allows you to make significant progress.
  • You get to know yourself and your body even better during the sessions and can support it in a targeted way during pregnancy.
  • You stay on the ball and regularly practise your beneficial yoga practice.
  • If you like, you can exchange ideas with other expectant mothers.
  • You will experience the alignment of the individual yoga poses even more precisely.
  • Our teachers can provide you with optimal support during your pregnancy.

No problem, pregnancy is the ideal time to start.
