Prenatal yoga gives you the opportunity to lovingly address the fundamental (physical) changes during your pregnancy. Relaxation and rest are just as important as a strong body. Calm sequences allow you to train your mindfulness, release tension and connect more deeply with your baby.
Partly strenuous aspects of yoga practice are combined with breathing techniques to build (mental) strength for the birth and beyond. The course also incorporates experiences from Ayurveda for holistic well-being.
