Kale & Cake was founded in 2018 by Sinah Diepold & Sophia Thora and stands for conscious movement, self-care and inner balance. With a studio in Munich and an online offer, Kale & Cake combines yoga, movement and the holistic approach of BodyMindTherapy - with the aim of bringing body, mind and heart into harmony.
