Yoga x Techno - Flow & Beats at Studio Amore

Leave the stress of everyday life behind you and immerse yourself in a unique combination of flowing yoga moves and electronic beats! At Yoga x Techno, we combine movement, music and community for an energizing experience.

Look forward to a 60-minute vinyasa session in which you harmonize breath and movement, switch off your mind and arrive in the moment. The music will carry you through the flow, the club atmosphere will give you that extra energy kick, and a grounding final relaxation awaits you at the end.

Procedure:

Session 1:

- Admission: 17:30

- Session: 17:45 - 18:45

- Refreshments & get-together: 18:45 - 19:15

Session 2:

- Admission: 18:45

- Session: 19:00 - 20:00

- Refreshments & get-together: 20:00 - 20:30

What you should bring:

- Comfortable sportswear (there is the possibility to change on site)

- If you have your own yoga mat, please bring it with you (there are also mats on site)

After the sessions, you can relax at the get-together with a little refreshment, exchange ideas and bring the evening to a harmonious close.
