YOU WANT IT DARKER

All the children in the village knew about the legend of the virgin: our savior, a figure of fire and light. When I heard the voices, I knew my life was no longer mine.

Not a girl and not yet a woman. I'm a legend in the making.

What do Christian martyrs and Britney Spears have in common? Where does medieval mysticism meet kitsch, pop culture and madness? No figure from the Middle Ages is surrounded by as many myths as Joan of Arc.

The debut of the young collective JOHN DARK sheds light on the figure of the medieval icon from the perspective of captivity.
