with guest artist Paula Lindl
With our YOUNG ARTIST IN RESIDENCE format, we are bringing the young art scene into the building! In the third season of the residency format, we have the illustrator and Master's student Paula Lindl as a guest with her exciting project "Nature Tales".
Over the next 6 weeks, Paula Lindl will have time to pursue her creative idea of an artistic-scientific exploration of nature and its biodiversity in the museum's studio, observing, drawing and researching with microscopic precision. Paula Lindl is currently studying design at the HSBI. This is also where the idea for her Nature Tales project was born, which she is working on during her studies - parallel to the residency.
The focus is on researching and documenting the Nature Tales in and around Ravensberger Park. Using binoculars and graphite, Paula Lindl will get to grips with the biodiversity in many a pile of dirt. The result will be sketches and drawings that move between science and artistic fiction and open up new perspectives on nature and its species.
In March and April, Paula Lindl will be working on the realization of her project three days a week in front of visitors. Follow with us what will be created in the studio in the new pavilion.
