YOURDAUGHTERS

In their songs, YOURDAUGHTERS combine soulful vocals with groovy rhythms. Inspired by modern funk and soul bands, they create a new sound that inspires both dancing and feeling. With their current live session "Worried - Live Session", the four band members Jule, Robinson, Lotta and Laurens give an insight into their first EP, which they are currently producing themselves.

YOURDAUGHTERS were created in 2022 at LIET International. An international song contest where they took second place. The "New York Times" newspaper (yes, THE New York Times) described the young band's sound after their performance as "Dreamy RnB." Their close connection to the Danish language stems from their proximity to Denmark and the fact that Jule and Lotta are part of the Danish minority. Thus, the 4 band members combine their different musical styles and languages to play songs in English and Danish while speaking German to each other.
