Yung Pepp announces first solo concert in Leipzig
After a packed first six months with pop-up events, Splash! festival and songs that have made their way through school corridors, small and large stages and into the feeds of numerous supporters, Yung Pepp is now ready to take the next step: On September 13, the 16-year-old rapper will play his first solo concert - in his hometown of Leipzig, at the Moritzbastei.
With songs like "Junge Träume aus Gold" and "Wassereis", Yung Pepp talks about growing up in the East - sometimes thoughtful, sometimes playful, but always straight from life. Between football pitches, Späti benches and the streets of Plagwitz, he captures an attitude to life that is personal, full of attitude - and above all one thing: real.
For his home show, Yung Pepp has invited some hand-picked special guests, who will be announced gradually over the coming weeks.
