When Harmonious Thelonious & YürkE do the honors together, it gets sporty in the music bar in the Bilker Bunker. After the kick-off: 2 x 30 minutes double pass between the two musicians. At the end there will be a joint penalty kick. And the cheers of the fans!

Harmonious Thelonious, Stefan Schwander's long-standing project, focuses on rhythmic, dense, danceable electronic music with influences from dub, kraut and outernational sounds. In the interwoven structures of the music, a melody always emerges, chord sequences that carry the entire track and spin it along. With 3 LP's on Bureau B, as well as several EP's on illustrious labels such as The Trilogy Tapes, Versatile, Kontra Musik, Asafa and Disk. Listen to the music!

Stefan Jürke, aka YürkE, deals with the interpretation and modification of various electro-musical genres such as abstract, techno, dub and electronica. The main feature of his work is the improvisational intervention in real-time audio and the merging of different style mixes. YürkE likes to use the principle of quotation and (de)contextualization in his work as a DJ. And sometimes it is simply noise.

In any case, the musician makes us listen more closely: He points out components of electronic dance music, demonstrates them and creates compositions that allow us to participate in a process of uncovering and reconstructing learned elements. With his works, YürkE reveals the essence of electronic music.
