🎤 ARTISTS:

Sabry Mosbah
Sabry Mosbah is a Tunisian singer and songwriter whose voice seems to carry the soul of a whole generation. Blending traditional Arabic music with rock, acoustic sounds, and modern production, his songs are rich with spiritual depth and emotional weight. Sabry's music creates a delicate tension between intimacy and intensity - his performances are both deeply personal and powerfully collective. With a presence that's raw and magnetic, Sabry has established himself as one of the most compelling figures in contemporary North African music.

Mosaic Band
Born out of Zarda Festival itself, Mosaic is a Munich-based ensemble celebrating the musical and cultural richness of the SWANA region. Led by Lebanese vocalist Sara Bustany, and joined by Rafik Kamel and Peter Naguib (Egypt) on guitar and keyboard, Aziz Ben Slimen (Tunisia) on oud, and Karim Abbes on percussion, the band brings together diverse influences in a seamless blend of warmth and rhythm. Their repertoire spans from heartfelt ballads to vibrant folklore-inspired songs, bridging tradition and modernity in a way that is both tender and uplifting. Mosaic is community in musical form.

Sharake
A bold exploration of melodic techno infused with acoustic soul, Sharake is a Berlin-based collaboration between Syrian clarinetist Yazan Al Sabbagh and oud player/producer Saleh Katbe. Their music is a fusion of electronic pulse and ancient tones - where clarinet and oud intertwine with deep, atmospheric soundscapes. Yazan, also a singer and classical musician, and Saleh, a prolific composer for theater and film, bring a wide range of experience to the project. Together, they craft musical narratives that feel both timeless and futuristic, transporting audiences across emotional and cultural dimensions.

Sinouj Project by Benjemy
Sinouj is where tradition and technology collide in full force. Created by Benjemy in 2021, this project merges North African instruments such as the Nay, Duduk, and Mezoued with pulsating electronics, synths, and modern rhythms. Featuring a rotating cast of powerful vocalists and instrumentalists - including violin, percussion, and arrangements by Montassar Jebali and Houyem Ghattas - Sinouj creates an immersive, trance-like live performance. It's a vision of Tunisian musical heritage that is fluid, collaborative, and thrillingly alive. Having stunned audiences at Sicca Jazz and beyond, Sinouj proves that tradition is not a boundary - it's a starting point.
