Zeit für Zines

In the organizer's words:

Zine stands for fanzine, a mini-magazine designed by fans for fans. In the workshop you will learn how to use it as a creative form of expression and how to conceive, design and produce it.

Anastassia Liwjant (*2001) and Anne Simon (*2000) are studying communication design at HSD and will give an introduction to the origins of the zine, to alternative or queer fandom culture and show various examples that differ in format, technique and content.

You will design a small booklet yourself, which you can discuss with each other at the end of the workshop. Material will be provided, no prior knowledge is necessary, but a desire to be creative and exchange ideas is.
