Castle walk with Andreas Schwarz
The assassination in Sarajevo on June 28, 1914 led to the outbreak of the First World War. The war lasted four years and claimed millions of lives. It changed the political map of Europe forever. Many graves and monuments from that time have been preserved.
The castle walk sheds light on the end of the duchy, the path to the Free State and the effects of war and upheaval in Braunschweig.
An event in cooperation with the cemetery administration of the Braunschweiger Land Protestant Provost's Association.
