We all know the "to give away" boxes in the streets. But what stories are actually hidden behind these things that have been given away? Too unimportant and worthless for our own lives, but still too good to banish them completely from this world? Based on these stories and objects found on the street, the internationally award-winning Turkish performer Çağlar Yiğitoğulları, who has fled for political reasons, asks questions that affect us all in a more than personal solo performance project full of music, poetry and fairy-tale elements at Essigfabrik Lübeck: What does it mean to feel like a stranger, always dependent on giving hands?
