In the organizer's words:
Researchers are working on new foods.
They should be healthy and good for the environment.
Until now, the food came from the farm.
Now they are also coming from the laboratory.
We talk about exciting ideas for our diet.
We talk about the questions:
- Can there be good milk without cows?
- Do we still need animal husbandry? Or does lab-grown meat also taste good?
- How can we make our diet more sustainable?
The event takes place without technical language.
