In this modern adaptation of Bram Stoker's Dracula, a dark tale of longing, seduction and the fine line between sanity and madness unfolds. When the blind estate agent Jonathan Harker returns to Whitby, nothing is as it was. His wife Mina senses the shadow that has settled over her life - and over the town. While patients in a mental hospital speak of dark visions, strange deaths pile up and a ship drifts into the harbor without a crew.
