New drama on trial

At the ITZ, theater texts are created in close collaboration between authors and theater companies. A new play goes through a long process before it is staged. Twice a month, members of the ensemble present theater texts that are currently being created at the ITZ. Changing guests from science and research enrich the themes of the plays with content-related input and thus encourage further thinking about the text.
This public text workshop provides an insight into the writing process of new drama and offers you the opportunity to take part in the development process in conversation with the playwrights.
