Anne Röhrig is a specialist in the historical performance practice of early music. As a baroque violinist, she is primarily active in the ensemble " Musica Alta Ripa" and the "Hannoversche Hofkapelle".
With "Musica Alta Ripa", she has also been involved in interdisciplinary and cross-genre projects, including music from the Orient and elements of jazz and pop-oriented musical language.
She has also made a name for herself as a lecturer for her instrument at the music academies in Nuremberg and Hanover.
This time, in cooperation with the hosts Carsten Bethmann and Holger Kirleis, she will once again show her instrument in a different way. In the interplay with saxophone, electric guitar and piano, unconventional sound contexts are created: surprisingly rearranged temporal sequences.
