The Alte Schlosserei is a listed industrial building with a unique flair.

Although "Unterbarmen" could hardly be more centrally located, this often underestimated district is hardly ever the focus of urban developers.

All the more reason why private commitment is needed to maintain a minimum level of cultural development.
