In the middle of the Habichtswald Nature Park, the BergBühne Burghasungen is nestled between towering rock formations at the foot of the Hasunger Berg. The scenery of this enchanting place takes possession of visitors as soon as they enter the large mountain stage area. The stones used for the rows of seats come from the ruins of the former Hasungen monastery and underline the historical feel of the amphitheater. The steeply rising tiers guarantee a clear view and provide incomparable acoustics.

The association "Kultur am Berg - die Bühne lebt e. V.", founded in 2004, has set itself the goal of maintaining the historic BergBühne and making it accessible for events.

Over 40 members are passionately committed to the preservation and continued existence of this unique venue.
