The brewery pioneer Rainer Aulich showed great gastronomic courage in 1986 when he brought his vision of a family-run pub brewery to life. His idea of offering home-brewed and freshly tapped Hanöversch in an inviting atmosphere was well received by Hanoverians and visitors from all over the world right from the start.
