DAS ESSZIMMER - Raum für Kunst+ is an artist run, off- and non-profit space that was initiated by Swiss artist Sibylle Feucht in October 2011.

We see exhibiting art as an adventure and a departure, a questioning of conventions and perception. - We invite our visitors to join us in this discourse.

We present current national and international positions in a relaxed setting and regularly enter into collaborations with curators and other exhibition spaces.

The exchange between artists and visitors as well as between local, national and international artistic positions is central to us. In addition to the artistic, formal aspects, we are always concerned with the social, political dimension, debate and reflection. - DAS ESSZIMMER offers the physical and mental space for this.
