Our new wine and art shop has been located in the heart of Nordend since May 2025!
We, Marius & Julian, founded Entkorkte Kunst in 2018 with a simple idea: We wanted to create an alternative evening event - far away from bars, concerts, theaters or clubs. What began as a relaxed get-together among friends in Marius' apartment has developed over the past few years into a larger idea that combines art, enjoyment and community. Back then, everyone brought a bottle of wine, while we provided the painting utensils. Today, we have steadily developed and professionalized the concept - without losing its authentic charm.
Our passion for wine, art and creative encounters has led us to continuously expand our idea. In addition to our first event series "Uncorked Art", we have now established various formats: "Paint Like", nude painting, "Techno & Paint", "Paint your Label", "Wine & Cheese", "Blind Tasting" and "Watercolor & Wine". What all these events have in common is an open approach to art, the joy of trying things out - without any pressure to perform - and the conscious enjoyment of selected wines.
We have been running our first small wine & art shop in Frankfurt-Ginnheim since 2022. At the beginning of 2024, we opened a second location in Munich-Maxvorstadt, followed by our third location in Hamburg in October 2024. We are no longer traveling alone: only as a team can we fill these three cities with artistic life, inspiring events and curated wine experiences. Our community of artists, winemakers and creative minds is constantly growing.
When selecting our wines, we follow the Piwi & Friends philosophy: by the end of 2025, 90% of our range should consist of Piwi grape varieties - fungus-resistant vines that promote sustainable cultivation and open up new flavor paths. We share the remaining 10% with a small selection of classic grape varieties from 5-6 winemaker friends with whom we have a long-standing friendship and a shared understanding of values.
Our mission remains clear: we want to create unforgettable experiences that appeal to the senses, encourage creativity and connect people. In doing so, we consistently focus on sustainable viticulture, artistic freedom and an open, inspiring atmosphere.
