With more than 40,000 works on paper, the Graphic Art Collection of the Augsburg Art Collections and Museums is one of the most important collections of Baroque and Rococo graphic art. The exhibition rooms of the Graphic Cabinet in the Höhmannhaus act as a showcase for this very Graphic Collection and, in changing exhibitions, present its rich collection and the countless facets of the art of drawing and printing that once flourished in Augsburg. In around four exhibitions per year, thematic complexes from the holdings of the Graphic Collection are presented in concentrated form or accompanying exhibitions are presented to accompany larger special exhibitions.
