IGLU - which stands for Inspirationfor the Common Goodand Learning to Rethink- is a space for all people who are committed to an ecologically and socially shaped future.
At IGLU, you can store for affordable eco-fair fashion from leftover stock or swap worn eco-fair fashion for free. You will also find unique handmade items made from recycled and upcycled materials.
In our "The Good Food" mini-supermarket, you can save food in exchange for a donation and thus counteract food waste. Second-hand clothing can be permanently exchanged in our swap room.
An important focus of our work at IGLU is the various workshops and events. Here, everything revolves around upcycling and DIY and a wide variety of events are held on the topic of sustainability. We offer organizations and associations a platform to network and present themselves to you at the same time.
In the workshops, we always want to offer incentives to creatively and sustainably conserve resources and learn about alternatives.
We also want to raise awareness of the value of materials and therefore important resources by offering you the chance to hand in your old jeans for recycling.
