The Kreative Werkstatt Dresden e.V. is a place for creative activity, experimentation, encounters and education.
In the WERKGALERIE, positions of female artists are presented in changing exhibitions.
The aim of promoting art and creative approaches is the basis for extensive courses in the following areas
- painting
- graphics
- Sculpture [ceramics, modeling]
- sculpture
Specialist courses are led by qualified artists.
The Werkgalerie invites you to exhibitions by female artists, readings and art lectures.
The Creative Workshop is institutionally supported by the Dresden Office for Culture and Monument Protection, the Office of the Equal Opportunities Commissioner of the City of Dresden and the Dresden City Planning Office. Many volunteers make the cultural and socio-cultural events possible. Kreative Werkstatt Dresden e.V. celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2019.
Kreative Werkstatt Dresden received funding through the emergency program for Corona-related investments in cultural institutions. We are currently expanding our website as part of this.
