As early as 1989, the support association around theHaus set itself the goal of promoting and revitalizing the social culture of young people. Since then, a wide variety of events, workshops and courses have been held here, making the cultural center increasingly popular, and not just with young people.

Well-known German artists, bands and unknown newcomers regularly take to the stage of the large hall, which can accommodate up to 800 people, and demonstrate their skills to a discerning audience. In addition to musical highlights, theater productions and dance evenings are also held in the Jazzkeller. Admission to these events is often completely free. In addition, a cozy café invites you to linger, chat and relax.
