With the MARTKHALLE ACHT, we want to create a creative place of enjoyment for encounters and for an original, sustainable and conscious food culture. Originally, markets were a place for people to interact with each other. We want to revive this tradition. We want nothing less than to build tasteful bridges between cultures. From high-heeled shoes to raster curls: culinary learning and genuine craftsmanship should be an enjoyable experience for everyone.

The MARKTHALLE ACHT is the focal point in Bremen's "Guter Stube" and serves as a central location for a wide variety of food cultures and new food concepts, demonstrating that "eating differently" and "shopping differently" are possible in the city. At MARKTHALLE ACHT, the production of food is brought out of anonymity and back into the urban environment. Experts offer their regional and seasonal products with respect for people, animals and the environment. The focus is on fresh ingredients combined with local added value - in an authentic, transparent and trustworthy way.
